The complex iron desulfurization process utilizes the redox properties of alkaline complex iron catalysts to absorb H2S from the feed gas. H2S is directly oxidized by a complex iron catalyst to generate elemental sulfur, which is converted into complex ferrous. During the regeneration process, air is blown in to oxidize the complex ferrous in the catalyst rich solution, converting the complex ferrous in the catalyst rich solution into complex ferrous, thereby regenerating and reusing. The generated sulfur is processed through the sulfur recovery system.

在總反應(yīng)中,絡(luò)合鐵離子的作用是將吸收反應(yīng)中得到的電子在再生反應(yīng)中轉(zhuǎn)移給單質(zhì)氧。每一個(gè)單質(zhì)硫原子的產(chǎn)生需要兩個(gè)三價(jià)鐵離子參與反應(yīng)。由此,鐵離子盡管參與反應(yīng),但在總反應(yīng)中并不消耗,而是作為硫化氫和氧氣反應(yīng)的中間電子傳遞物,是催化劑體系的組成部分。

雙膜氣柜過(guò)來(lái)的沼氣經(jīng)增壓風(fēng)機(jī)加壓之后進(jìn)入脫硫再生塔的吸收脫硫隔室酸氣中的H2S進(jìn)入反應(yīng)隔室與催化劑中的Fe3+反應(yīng)并轉(zhuǎn)化為單質(zhì)硫,與此同時(shí)Fe3+還原成Fe2+ 。
