1.脫硫工藝描述
1. Description of desulfurization process
我公司的生物脫硫技術分為三個單元:①脫硫洗滌單元 ②洗滌液生物再生(回用)單元 ③單質硫分離單元。工藝流程如下:

單元 --脫硫洗滌 :堿性的生物洗滌液從洗滌塔頂部噴出,與從洗滌塔底部進入的含硫化合物(主要H2S)氣源逆流接觸,由于再生生物洗滌液中含有連多硫酸鹽類具有脫硫催化作用的物質,所以可以高效吸收H2S,并且脫除得非常干凈。在集成脫硫工藝中,洗滌塔變成洗滌模塊,可以任意疊加而達到需要的量和處理精度。
The first unit - desulfurization and washing: the alkaline biological washing liquid is sprayed from the top of the washing tower and is in countercurrent contact with the sulfur compound (mainly H2S) gas source entering from the bottom of the washing tower. Because the regenerated biological washing liquid contains substances with desulfurization catalysis such as polysulfates, it can efficiently absorb H2S and remove it very clean. In the integrated desulfurization process, the scrubber becomes a scrubber module, which can be arbitrarily superimposed to achieve the required amount and processing accuracy.
第二單元--生物再生反應器:含有硫化物的富液從洗滌塔底部流入生物再生反應器,通過脫硫微生物的處理,完成生物洗滌液再生并恢復堿性。再泵入單元洗滌部分,重復使用。
The second unit - biological regeneration reactor: the rich solution containing sulfide flows into the biological regeneration reactor from the bottom of the scrubber, and completes the regeneration of biological washing solution and recovers alkalinity through the treatment of desulfurization microorganisms. Then pump into the washing part of the first unit for reuse.
第三單元—單質硫分離:單質硫從單質硫分離池中以顆粒沉淀的方式分離出生物脫硫系統(tǒng),分離后的清液回流去生物再生反應器。
The third unit - separation of elemental sulfur: elemental sulfur is separated from the biological desulfurization system by particle precipitation from the elemental sulfur separation tank, and the separated clear liquid is returned to the biological regeneration reactor.
2.工藝使用設備描述
2. Description of process equipment
(1) 洗滌塔
(1) Scrubber
由于生物堿性洗滌液的特性,洗滌塔的材質選擇FRP(玻璃鋼),洗滌塔的數(shù)量:1臺;材質:FRP,內部填充填料、噴淋及除沫裝置等。
Due to the characteristics of biological alkaline detergent, the material of the scrubber is FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic), and the number of scrubbers is 1; Material: FRP, internal filling, spray and demister, etc.

在洗滌塔內吸收完成硫化氫后的洗滌液在生物再生反應器內,通過控制氧化過程,將吸收的硫化氫轉變成單質硫。
After the absorption of hydrogen sulfide in the scrubber, the scrubbing liquid will be converted into elemental sulfur in the biological regeneration reactor by controlling the oxidation process.

由于氣候變化以及生物代謝能的釋放,生物再生反應器內的溫度可能會超出菌的承受溫度,需使用板式換熱器進行冷卻,冷卻水可使用循環(huán)水。
Due to climate change and the release of biological metabolic energy, the temperature in the biological regeneration reactor may exceed the bearing temperature of the bacteria, so the plate heat exchanger shall be used for cooling, and the cooling water can be recycled water.

沉淀器的作用就是分離硫元素,利于洗滌液的硫平衡。硫污泥將直接由硫污泥泵直接排至好氧池或廢水池。
The function of the precipitator is to separate the sulfur element, which is beneficial to the sulfur balance of the washing solution. The sulfur sludge will be directly discharged from the sulfur sludge pump to the aerobic tank or waste water tank.
