Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional dry desulfurization technology of cement kiln, a hot raw meal desulfurization technology of cement kiln is developed. Based on the traditional dry desulfurization with furnace hot raw meal, this technology optimizes the dry desulfurization system of cement kiln by means of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation, and significantly improves the desulfurization reaction efficiency. Specifically, the technology has the following characteristics: (1) strengthening the mixing effect of hot raw meal and SO2 in flue gas. The position of raw meal feeding and desulfurization is optimized by CFD simulation, which helps to improve the efficiency of raw meal heating and desulfurization system.
(2)延長了脫硫反應(yīng)時間。通過對傳統(tǒng)水泥窯干法脫硫系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化,顯著擴(kuò)大了脫硫反應(yīng)區(qū)域,延長了脫硫反應(yīng)時間。使得脫硫反應(yīng)時間由傳統(tǒng)的1~2 s延長至8~10 s,從而顯著提升了脫硫反應(yīng)效率。
(2) The desulfurization reaction time was prolonged. (3) The reaction activity of desulfurizer is improved *. The hot raw meal is directly extracted from the furnace, which contains uncooled oxides such as Cao, K2O and Na2O. It has the advantages of high reactivity, developed pore structure in the particles and large specific surface area. Therefore, the reaction rate with SO2 is higher.
