China has huge reserves of biomass resources, including agricultural, industrial, and urban solid waste, as well as by-products from other related industries. There are various ways to utilize biogas, such as directly using combustion for heating, cogeneration, or purified natural gas for vehicle gas, household heating, chemical raw materials, etc.
沼氣 經(jīng)過提純凈化制備的生物天然氣,可以完全替代石化天然氣,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有技術水平和經(jīng)濟可行性,我 國能轉化當量生物天然氣 1200 億立方米,可以大幅降低我國對石化天然氣依賴程度。
Biogas produced through purification and purification of biogas can completely replace petrochemical natural gas. 沼氣高效提純精制生物天然氣是沼氣提純凈化制備高品質生物天然氣、大幅提升甲烷利用品質的 技術。目前沼氣脫碳的主要工藝包括有機胺吸收法、壓力水洗法、膜分離方法、變壓吸附法、物理 吸收法、深冷分離法等。而本項目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術集成了水洗脫碳過程中閃蒸技術的合理 有效利用技術、吸收塔解吸塔內部核心部件的開發(fā)、同步回收二氧化碳技術、沼氣工程的能量集成 系統(tǒng)設計和自動化控制系統(tǒng)設計等多個方面進行優(yōu)化設計和開發(fā)。本項目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術 結合撬裝設備的設計理念,可在各種處理規(guī)模的沼氣工程中加以應用推廣。
Efficient purification and refining of biogas is a technology for producing high-quality biogas through biogas purification and purification, significantly improving the quality of methane utilization. At present, the main processes for decarbonization of biogas include organic amine absorption, pressure water washing, membrane separation, pressure swing adsorption, physical absorption, and cryogenic separation. The biogas pressurized water washing technology developed in this project integrates the rational and effective utilization technology of flash evaporation technology in the water washing decarbonization process, the development of core components inside the absorption tower desorption tower, synchronous carbon dioxide recovery technology, energy integration system design and automation control system design of biogas engineering, and other aspects for optimized design and development. The biogas pressurized water washing technology developed in this project, combined with the design concept of pry mounted equipment, can be applied and promoted in biogas engineering of various treatment scales.
