沼氣在脫硫塔內(nèi)流動(dòng)的方向可分為兩種。一種是沼氣自下而動(dòng),為了防止冷凝水沉積在塔頂部而使脫硫劑受濕,通??稍陧敳棵摿騽┥箱佉欢ê穸鹊乃楣杷徜X纖維或其他多孔性填料,將冷凝水阻隔。另一種是氣流自上而下流動(dòng),塔內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的冷凝水都聚積在塔底部,可通過排污閥定期排除。脫硫塔底部應(yīng)設(shè)置排污閥門和沼氣安全泄壓等裝置。
The flow direction of biogas in the desulfurization tower can be divided into two types. One type is biogas that moves from bottom to bottom. In order to prevent condensation water from depositing at the top of the tower and wetting the desulfurizer, a certain thickness of crushed aluminum silicate fibers or other porous fillers can be laid on the top of the desulfurizer to block the condensation water. Another type is that the airflow flows from top to bottom, and the condensate generated inside the tower accumulates at the bottom of the tower, which can be regularly discharged through the drain valve. The bottom of the desulfurization tower should be equipped with sewage valves and biogas safety pressure relief devices.

The replacement time of iron oxide desulfurizer should be determined based on the activity and loading amount of the desulfurizer, hydrogen sulfide content in biogas, and biogas treatment capacity. Once the desulfurizer loses its activity, it needs to be unloaded from the tower, spread on the open ground, adjusted to pH 8-9 with alkaline solution or ammonia, and naturally regenerated using oxygen in the air. Large biogas dry desulfurization devices should be equipped with mechanical equipment for loading and unloading desulfurization agents.
濕法脫硫在大型的脫硫工程中,一般采用先用濕法進(jìn)行粗脫硫,之后再通過干法進(jìn)行精脫硫。沼氣濕法脫硫可以歸納分為物理吸收法、化學(xué)吸收法和氧化法三種。物理和化學(xué)方法存在硫化氫再處理問題,氧化法是以堿性溶液為吸收劑,并加人載氧體為催化劑,吸收硫化氫,并將其氧化成單質(zhì)硫。濕法氧化法是把脫硫劑溶解在水中,液體進(jìn)入設(shè)備,與沼氣混合,沼氣中的硫化氫與液體產(chǎn)生氧化反應(yīng),生成單質(zhì)硫。
In large-scale desulfurization projects, wet desulfurization is generally used for coarse desulfurization first, followed by dry desulfurization for fine desulfurization. Wet desulfurization of biogas can be classified into three types: physical absorption method, chemical absorption method, and oxidation method. There is a problem of hydrogen sulfide reprocessing in physical and chemical methods. The oxidation method uses an alkaline solution as an absorbent and an oxygen carrier as a catalyst to absorb hydrogen sulfide and oxidize it into elemental sulfur. The wet oxidation method involves dissolving desulfurizers in water, and the liquid enters the equipment to mix with biogas. The hydrogen sulfide in biogas reacts with the liquid to form elemental sulfur.
物脫硫沼氣生物脫硫工藝是一種的沼氣脫硫工藝,是在生物的作用下,將硫化氫氧化成單質(zhì)硫的一種方法。生物脫硫方法主要是利用無色硫細(xì)菌,如氧化硫硫桿細(xì)菌、氧化亞鐵硫桿細(xì)菌等,在微氧條件下將硫化氫氧化成單質(zhì)硫,單質(zhì)硫經(jīng)過沉淀分離從而達(dá)到去除硫的目的。這種脫硫方法已經(jīng)在德國(guó)沼氣脫硫中廣泛使用,在國(guó)內(nèi)某些工程中已有采用。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:不需要催化劑、不需要處理化學(xué)污泥,產(chǎn)生很少的生物污泥、能耗低、可回收_質(zhì)硫、去除。
The biological desulfurization process of biogas is a type of biogas desulfurization process that oxidizes hydrogen sulfide into elemental sulfur under the action of organisms. Although biological desulfurization has the characteristics of low energy consumption and high removal rate, creating a suitable environment for sulfur bacteria is essential for them to have high biological activity and achieve optimal desulfurization results. The key to this desulfurization technology is how to control the concentration of dissolved oxygen supplied in the reaction based on the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the root tank.
