脫硫工藝主要包括5個部分:吸收劑制備與補充;吸收劑漿液噴淋;塔內霧滴與煙氣接觸混合;再生池漿液還原鈉基堿;石膏脫水處理。

采用鍛鋼爐的煙氣經換熱降溫到≤200℃,經煙道從塔底進入脫硫塔。在脫硫塔內布置若干層數(shù)十支噴嘴,噴出細微液滴霧化均布于脫硫塔溶積內,煙氣與噴淋脫硫液進行充分汽液混合接觸,使煙氣中SO2和灰塵被脫硫液充分吸收、反應,達到脫塵除SO2的目的。經脫硫洗滌后的凈煙氣經塔頂除霧器脫水,經脫硫塔上部進入煙囪排入大氣。

The net flue gas after desulfurization and washing is dehydrated by the tower top demister, and then enters the chimney through the upper part of the desulfurization tower and is discharged into the atmosphere.
脫硫循環(huán)液經塔內氣液接觸除SO2后,經塔底管道流入沉淀池在此將灰塵沉淀下來,清液經上部溢進入反應再生池,在池內與石灰乳液制備槽引來的石灰乳進行再生反應,再生液流入泵前循環(huán)槽補入Na2CO3,由泵打入脫硫塔頂脫除SO2循環(huán)使用。其中再生產出的CaSO3及煙氣中過剩氧生成的CaSO4于沉淀池中沉淀分離。

CaSO3 produced by regeneration and CaSO4 produced by excess oxygen in flue gas are precipitated and separated in the sedimentation tank.
