1、沼氣干法脫硫技術(shù)應(yīng)用較早,應(yīng)用于沼氣的干法脫硫技術(shù)是以沼鐵礦為脫硫劑的氧化鐵脫硫技術(shù),之后,隨著沼氣脫硫氧化鐵的研究成功及其生產(chǎn)成本的相對(duì)降低,氧化鐵脫硫技術(shù)也開始被廣泛應(yīng)用。
1. Biogas dry desulfurization technology was applied earlier. The dry desulfurization technology applied to biogas is iron oxide desulfurization technology with biogas iron ore as desulfurizer. Later, with the successful research of biogas desulfurization iron oxide and the relative reduction of production cost, iron oxide desulfurization technology also began to be widely used.
2、氧化鐵脫硫技術(shù)使用的氧化鐵脫硫劑為沼鐵礦和人工氧化鐵,為增加其孔隙率,脫硫劑以木屑為填充料,再噴灑適量的水和少量熟石灰,反復(fù)翻曬制成,其PH值一般為8-9左右,該種脫硫劑脫硫效率較低,必須塔外再生,再生困難,不久便被其他脫硫劑所取代。現(xiàn)在TF型脫硫劑應(yīng)用較廣,該種脫硫劑脫硫效率較高,并可以進(jìn)行塔內(nèi)再生。
2. The iron oxide desulfurizer used in iron oxide desulfurization technology is biogas iron ore and artificial iron oxide. In order to increase its porosity, the desulfurizer is made by using wood chips as filler, spraying an appropriate amount of water and a small amount of hydrated lime, and repeatedly turning and drying. Its pH value is generally about 8-9. This kind of desulfurizer has low desulfurization efficiency and must be regenerated outside the tower. It is difficult to regenerate. It will soon be replaced by other desulfurizer. At present, TF desulfurizer is widely used. This desulfurizer has high desulfurization efficiency and can be regenerated in the tower.
氧化鐵脫硫的主要機(jī)理是催化與吸附作用。當(dāng)含有H2S的煤氣通過氧化鐵床層時(shí),在常壓下發(fā)生放熱反應(yīng),并在氧化鐵表面上被催化氧化成元素硫離子,其生成物被氧化鐵吸附,以達(dá)到其脫硫目的。為滿足用戶需要,本方案采用單塔運(yùn)行。當(dāng)運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后,該塔填料已經(jīng)飽和,失去脫硫能力,需要更換。更換時(shí),用蒸汽吹掃脫硫塔直至煤氣檢測(cè)合格后,打開人孔及卸料孔,更換填料。塔進(jìn)出口均設(shè)置煤氣取樣嘴,以便化驗(yàn)取樣。
The main mechanism of iron oxide desulfurization is catalysis and adsorption. When the gas containing H2S passes through the iron oxide bed, exothermic reaction occurs under normal pressure, and it is catalytically oxidized to elemental sulfur ions on the surface of iron oxide, and its products are adsorbed by iron oxide to achieve its desulfurization purpose. In order to meet the needs of users, this scheme adopts single tower operation. After running for a period of time, the tower packing has been saturated, lost desulfurization capacity and needs to be replaced. During replacement, purge the desulfurization tower with steam until the gas is tested to be qualified, open the manhole and discharge hole and replace the filler. Gas sampling nozzles are set at the inlet and outlet of the tower for testing and sampling.
3、因沼氣含水量高,運(yùn)行過程中,脫硫塔下部會(huì)聚集一部分水,正常運(yùn)行時(shí)需每隔一定時(shí)間進(jìn)行作業(yè)定期排水。沼氣從脫硫塔的一端,經(jīng)過填料層(主要成分是活性炭和氧化鐵)凈化后,從另一端流出。硫化氫與填料層的氧化鐵發(fā)生反應(yīng),生成硫化鐵;待氧化鐵反應(yīng)結(jié)束后,可進(jìn)行再生。
3. Due to the high water content of biogas, some water will accumulate at the lower part of the desulfurization tower during operation. During normal operation, operation shall be carried out at regular intervals. Biogas flows out from one end of the desulfurization tower after being purified by the packing layer (mainly composed of activated carbon and iron oxide) and from the other end. Hydrogen sulfide reacts with iron oxide in the filler layer to form iron sulfide; Regeneration can be carried out after the iron oxide reaction is completed.
