沼氣生物脫硫是20世紀(jì)90年代發(fā)展起來(lái)的新技術(shù),是在常溫常壓下利用利用微生物實(shí)現(xiàn)硫的價(jià)態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換的一種新技術(shù)。生物脫硫工藝過(guò)程是將一定量的空氣導(dǎo)入含有硫化氫的沼氣中,在反應(yīng)器內(nèi)裝有大量的生物填料,它們?yōu)榧?xì)菌繁殖提供充分的空間。營(yíng)養(yǎng)液的循環(huán)使填料保持潮濕狀態(tài),并補(bǔ)充細(xì)菌生長(zhǎng)繁殖所需營(yíng)養(yǎng)。專(zhuān)屬絲硫菌屬、硫桿菌屬在新陳代謝的過(guò)程中吸收硫化氫,并將他們轉(zhuǎn)化為單質(zhì)硫,進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)化為硫酸。
Biogas biological desulfurization is a new technology developed in the 1990s. It is a new technology using microorganisms to realize the valence state conversion of sulfur under normal temperature and pressure. The process of biological desulfurization is to introduce a certain amount of air into the biogas containing hydrogen sulfide, and a large number of biological fillers are installed in the reactor, which provide sufficient space for bacterial reproduction. The circulation of nutrient solution keeps the packing moist and replenishes the nutrition needed for the growth and reproduction of bacteria. In the process of metabolism, Thiobacillus and Rhizobium absorb hydrogen sulfide and convert them into elemental sulfur and then sulfuric acid.
二、生物脫硫原理
2、 Principle of biological desulfurization
沼氣生物脫硫是利用脫硫細(xì)菌在一定的溫度、濕度和微氧條件下將 H2S轉(zhuǎn)化為單質(zhì)硫或亞硫酸。主要反應(yīng)如下:
Biogas biological desulfurization is to use desulfurization bacteria to convert H2S into elemental sulfur or sulfite under certain temperature, humidity and micro oxygen conditions. The main reactions were as follows:
H2S + 1/2O2 → S(單質(zhì)) + H2O (1)
H2S + 1 / 2O2 → s (Elemental) + H2O (1)
H2S + 3/2O2 → H2SO3 (2)
H2S + 3/2O2 → H2SO3 (2)
根據(jù)提供氧量的不同,產(chǎn)物有所不同:當(dāng)氧量適量時(shí),發(fā)生反應(yīng)(1),硫化氫主要轉(zhuǎn)化為單質(zhì)硫;當(dāng)氧氣過(guò)量時(shí),發(fā)生反應(yīng)(2),硫化氫主要轉(zhuǎn)化為亞硫酸。根據(jù)上述反應(yīng),可以通過(guò)控制供氧量和氧化還原電位來(lái)控制產(chǎn)物的類(lèi)型。
According to the different oxygen supply, the products are different: when the oxygen content is appropriate, reaction (1) occurs, and hydrogen sulfide is mainly converted into elemental sulfur; when oxygen is excessive, reaction (2) occurs, and hydrogen sulfide is mainly converted into sulfite. According to the above reaction, the type of product can be controlled by controlling oxygen supply and redox potential.
