1. Iron method
鐵法是一個(gè)比較古老的脫硫方法,在脫硫過(guò)程中H2S與氫氧化鐵反應(yīng),當(dāng)脫硫劑呈堿性時(shí),脫硫反應(yīng)按上面初個(gè)反應(yīng)式進(jìn)行,當(dāng)脫硫劑呈中性或酸性時(shí),脫硫反應(yīng)則按第2個(gè)反應(yīng)式進(jìn)行。脫硫劑再生反應(yīng)速度比脫硫速度慢,是整個(gè)過(guò)程的控制步驟。

此法脫H2S所用氧化鐵即人們熟知的海綿鐵,是一種古老而有名的氣體脫硫方法,迄今仍在許多特定用途的領(lǐng)域中廣泛應(yīng)用。用于天然氣脫硫設(shè)備氣體脫硫的氧化鐵只有α-Fe203·H2O和γ-Fe203·H20,它們都易于與H2S反應(yīng)。重要的是生成的硫化鐵容易再氧化成活化形式的氧化鐵。

該法是Dow化學(xué)公司提出的用于脫除H2S的方法。NCA固體含80%NaOH和20%Ca(OH)2(均指質(zhì)量百分比)。該法在脫除H2S的同時(shí),亦可除去氣體中可能存在的高含量低分子量硫醇。NCA固體法是非再生性的,因而與所脫除的H2S相比,其化學(xué)品耗量相當(dāng)高。反應(yīng)后的固體周期性地用水從塔底沖洗出來(lái)。
This method is proposed by Dow Chemical Company to remove H2S. NCA solid contains 80% NaOH and 20% Ca (OH) 2 (both refer to mass percentage). This method can also remove high content and low molecular weight mercaptans in the gas while removing H2S. The NCA solid process is non regenerative, so its chemical consumption is quite high compared with the H2S removed. The solid after reaction is washed out periodically with water from the bottom of the tower.
4、氧化鋅法
4. Zinc oxide process
氧化鋅法是用于氣體細(xì)化脫硫的方法之一,由于在天然氣脫硫設(shè)備中使用氧化鋅脫硫劑后一般不再利用即廢棄,因此此法只適于脫除少量硫,脫硫劑的用量應(yīng)保障量使用一年以上。當(dāng)原料氣中含硫量高時(shí),應(yīng)與濕法脫硫或其它干法脫硫配合使用。
Zinc oxide method is one of the methods used for refined desulfurization of gas. Since zinc oxide desulfurizer is generally no longer used or abandoned after being used in natural gas desulfurization equipment, this method is only suitable for removing a small amount of sulfur, and the amount of desulfurizer should be guaranteed to be used for more than one year. When the sulfur content of feed gas is high, it should be used together with wet desulfurization or other dry desulfurization.
