生物天然氣在國(guó)內(nèi)已發(fā)展十多年,但為何一直“叫好不叫座”,那么沼氣生物脫硫發(fā)展還存在哪些問(wèn)題待解決?其實(shí)這與原料供應(yīng)、技術(shù)裝備、運(yùn)行管理等一系列環(huán)節(jié)都不無(wú)關(guān)系。

不僅如此,生物天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的上游原料供應(yīng)和下游產(chǎn)品方面都缺乏專門(mén)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)規(guī)范,只能使用少數(shù)燃?xì)猱a(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范。為此,馬隆龍建議,加快生物天然氣進(jìn)入車用燃?xì)?、工業(yè)用氣、城市燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)、合同能源管理等多種清潔燃?xì)饫妙I(lǐng)域的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,從生產(chǎn)與凈化、儲(chǔ)存、輸配、應(yīng)用等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定,建立與現(xiàn)有長(zhǎng)輸管道天然氣、城鎮(zhèn)燃?xì)鈽?biāo)準(zhǔn)體系相協(xié)調(diào)的通用和專用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
