1.定時(shí)查看法蘭密封處是否有露氣現(xiàn)象，如有，請(qǐng)緊固螺栓或替換橡膠墊.

2.但要定時(shí)檢測(cè)脫硫前沼氣中H2S的含量，還要檢測(cè)脫硫后的H2S含量，當(dāng)脫硫功率低于90%時(shí)，闡明脫硫劑已接近飽滿(mǎn)硫容，脫硫劑已失效，應(yīng)替換脫硫劑，可從脫硫塔底部放掉部分失效的脫硫劑，再?gòu)捻敳繌浹a(bǔ)部分新的脫硫劑。
