微量氧分析儀的使用方法!

  微量氧分析儀是一種常用的分析儀器。它是世界上較的氧氣測量方法之一。它由高活性氧電極和鉛電極組成,浸在KOH溶液中。

  微量氧分析儀廣泛用于測定上、下塔的氮純度、精氬塔的微量氧含量等工藝控制參數(shù)。同時,還可以對輸氣管道、液氮、儲罐氬中微量氧含量等質量控制參數(shù)進行測量。根據(jù)儀器的不同測量原理,綜合考慮生產(chǎn)控制的質量要求、經(jīng)濟成本、維護工作量和維護成本等因素,選擇微氧分析儀。
  The micro oxygen analyzer is widely used to determine the nitrogen purity of the upper and lower towers, the micro oxygen content of the refined argon tower and other process control parameters.   (1)儀器故障表明計量槽溫度偏低。檢查量筒熱電偶的連接,檢查多通道轉接板的安全,檢查線路板的連接。
